Having recently achieved product-market fit, we’re looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to become an integral part of our rapidly growing sales and marketing team to help achieve our ambitious sales targets.

Joining a fast-paced SaaS company, the successful candidate will have a minimum of two years experience and enjoy working in an environment where the work that you put in and the results you achieve will be reflected in your earnings, career progression and opportunities to travel globally.

About the role

Your role will be heavily focused on encouraging adoption of our free Contact Centre software and upselling existing users to our paid plans. Whilst you will have complete autonomy to ensure targets are met, your key roles and responsibilities will include:


  • Through a blend of LinkedIn (social selling), email outreach and cold calling, you will attract, nurture and up-sell EvaluAgent’s SaaS platform to companies with small/medium sized Contact Centres/Customer Services teams across the UK and the United States.
  • You will take the lead in responding to an ever-increasing number of inbound leads generated by EvaluAgent’s marketing activities.
  • The use of LinkedIn to identify and connect with key players, building and maintaining stakeholder maps of key strategic accounts and supporting our Business Development Director in the targeting of key decision makers.
  • Work closely with the newly appointed Community Manager to attract participants for Webinars, regional Workshops and networking events; later nurturing towards a commercial discussion and sign up to the free platform.
  • Raise awareness in the Contact Centre industry of EvaluAgent’s key strengths and USPs, helping prospects build internal ROI documents and identifying enterprise opportunities for our Business Development Director.
  • Accurately and effectively manage your own sales pipeline, regularly reporting sales progress and feedback to the wider team.
