evaluagent recognized in exclusive “High Growth 50” community

This High Growth 50, compiled by UK data provider Beauhurst, highlights companies that have demonstrated outstanding business growth and industry leadership over the last 12 months. evaluagent’s powerful market-leading platform, evaluagentCX, blends AI, automation and human insight, enabling contact centers worldwide to elevate agent performance and customer satisfaction.

Collectively the 50 companies in the list employ over 14,500 people in the UK and globally, and have raised more than £1.3bn in investment to help deliver their growth plans over the last 12 months. 50 per cent of businesses listed were headquartered in the North West, while 33 per cent were located in Yorkshire and Humber, and 17 per cent chose the North East as their base.
