evaluagent named a finalist in the British HR Awards 2025

evaluagent is delighted to share it has been named a Finalist in the British HR Awards 2025 in the Culture Initiative of the Year category. 

The British HR Awards 2025 sets out to discover and celebrate the organisations and individuals that are truly passionate about delivering a world-class people experience. With over 350 entries for the awards from organisations across the UK, to be named a finalist is an achievement on its own.  

evaluagent’s entry, submitted in partnership with People Spark Solutions, focused on its extensive work to strengthen its culture and people development through a number of initiatives, including: 

• equipping leaders with performance management skills  

• enhancing peer learning and community with its Inspire and Lead The Way programme 

• creating a coaching culture with trained internal coaches with its Thrive Together Programme 

Each of these projects reinforces evaluagent’s commitment to facilitating collaboration, driving confidence, and building a growth-oriented workplace.

The British HR Awards 2025 Judges hail from an array of companies, including the British Film Institute, Open University, the AA, Shelter, Monzo and many more. Winners will be announced an awards ceremony in Covent Garden, London on 2nd April 2025.
