With AI Sentiment analysis you can now derive customer and agent sentiment throughout a conversation and view it when evaluating conversations. This feature provides valuable insights to evaluators, enabling them to better gauge the emotional tone and effectiveness of interactions.
In the coming weeks, we will also introduce the ability to search for and create AutoWorkQs based on prolonged sentiment. Best of all, AI Sentiment is a free feature for all users, as long as you have full-fetch turned on.

At EvaluAgent, we understand the significance of quality scores as a performance management and bonus metric for Agents and Team Leaders. It’s crucial to provide a systematic, fair, and constructive process for challenging evaluation results. That’s why we are thrilled to introduce a game-changing feature – Query Deadlines. With Query Deadlines, you can now set specific time limits for opening new queries after the evaluation publish date. For instance, you might choose a 30-day timeframe. This enhancement ensures that discussions and challenges regarding evaluations happen in a timely manner, preventing the need to address historic evaluations.
Personalize Your Experience with My Profile
To enhance the look and feel of the platform, we’re introducing My Profile. With this feature, you can upload your own profile picture and view details such as timezone, username, length of employment and roles held.

- We believe that learning should be engaging and fun. That’s why we’re introducing Quiz Battles to our LMS. With Quiz Battles, learners can challenge each other and put their knowledge to the test. Two learners will compete against each other across admin-approved topics and questions. Each battle consists of three rounds with four quiz questions in each round. The winner is determined by the player who answers the most questions correctly. Quiz Battles enhance knowledge retention, foster friendly competition, and elevate learner engagement. Get ready to make personal development an exciting journey!
Open-Ended Questions:
- Now you can add open-ended questions to quizzes, allowing learners to upload images or videos to demonstrate their understanding. Course admins will have the opportunity to review these submissions before deciding on a result. This feature is ideal for helping learners practice handling complex scenarios, explaining their thought process, or honing their pitch outside of a live environment.
Quiz Timer:
- Inject more fun and interactivity into quizzes with the addition of a countdown timer. You can set timers for individual questions or the overall quiz duration, making the learning experience more engaging and time-bound.
Quiz Pool:
- Quickly create unique quizzes for each learner by generating a quiz from a pre-defined list of questions. This feature enables you to personalize assessments and ensure a tailored learning experience.
Video Progression:
- Ensure important information is watched and retained by mandating video watching for learners. Users will need to watch all videos within a module before they can progress to the next section, helping them acquire essential knowledge effectively.
Customizable Certificates:
- We understand the importance of branding and personalization. To add a touch of professionalism to your learning programs, we’re introducing Customizable Certificates.
