How long would it take to implement the integration?

Every integration is different, but most systems can be integrated with EvaluAgent in just a few clicks – providing you have admin permission. Native integrations such as; Zendesk, Freshworks, Intercom, Aircall and Kustomer follow a similar pattern. In most cases, you will only need the URL of your helpdesk\call recording platform, login credentials and an API key, which is usually found within settings, to connect to EvaluAgent. Then, confirm how you’d like us to handle any sensitive data, and within a few hours, conversations will start flowing into EvaluAgent, ready to evaluate. Whatever route you choose, our contextual help guides and launchpad tool will walk you through each implementation step.

What does the setup look like?

We want to make the setup process as easy as possible, which is why we continue to heavily invest in the initial experience of EvaluAgent. When you, as an admin, access EvaluAgent for the first time, our Onboarding Launchpad will appear. The launchpad is a personalised list of recommended actions you should complete to configure the platform successfully. These actions will be based on your permissions and include carrying out a test evaluation and creating a scorecard. What’s more, when you invite a new user to the platform, they’ll have access to their own version of the launchpad too. Depending on their permissions, they’ll be able to help you set things up, or if it’s a team leader, practice evaluating a conversation without impacting your reports.

What support is available on EvaluAgent Starter?

We’re proud to have been recognised by G2 for having the best support team in the QA category and something we take the utmost pride in. You can access help by clicking the small “help” icon inside the EvaluAgent app, where you can read our contextual help guides or raise a ticket for technical support from our team. This channel is always available to receive requests but only manned between UK working hours, where we’ll aim to get back to you within 24-48 working hours. Note, as with all SaaS products, the level and availability of customer support depending on your plan and our customer success team is treated separately.

What is a user?

Put simply, a user is anyone with access to the EvaluAgent platform or a person being evaluated. For example, if your business had five managers and ten agents, you would need 15 licences.
